Post workout pumpkin protein smoothie

Pumpkin is good for your skin, excellent antioxidants and rich in vitamin A. Roast pumpkin can be used in this recipe also - to add another dimension to the taste. The protein powder we used was Macro Mike peanut protein which has coconut milk powder and nectar. It works so well together and use any milk you prefer.

RECIPE

1/2 PUMPKIN

1 APPLE

1 CARROT

1 BANANA

1 SCOOP MACRO MIKE PROTEIN

1 TSP MIXED SPICE

1 CUP COCONUT MILK

METHOD

MIX ALL INGREDIENTS IN A BLENDER AND BLITZ. ADD ALMOND NUT BUTTER TO THE MUG FOR TASTE AND AESTHETICS
