Home-made chocolates
1/2 cup raw organic cacao powder
1/2 cup maple syrup (rice malt syrup or honey can also be used)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp gelatine powder plus 3 tbsp boiling water (we use nutra organics)
1 pinch salt
Method
Melt coconut oil in a saucepan on low heat, add cacao and stir well.
Add maple syrup, vanilla, gelatine and salt, stirring continuously for 1-2 minutes.
Pour the chocolate mixture into moulds or pour onto a tray lined with baking paper.
Place into freezer for half an hour to set. Try not to enjoy too many π
