Low carbohydrate & low calorie cloud bread
Cloud bread is easy to make and it is a healthy and quick option for a snack on the go. Each serve is 33 calories and has fats so it will keep you feeling fuller for longer. The secret is separating the egg whites and the egg yolks and lightly incorporating before putting in the oven.
Ingredients
3 eggs separated
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
3 tbs cream cheese

Method
Preheat oven to 160 degrees and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper
Separate the eggs into two bowls and add the cream of tartar to the egg whites and whip until stiff peaks form and add the cream cheese to the yolk mixture and mix to combine
Fold half of the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture until just combined. Keep alternating until loosely combined - making sure not to over mix the ingredients
With a spoon dollop the mixture onto the greaseproof baking paper and spread out until about 1cm flat (spreading out the mixture is not essential) - bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
