First. The Jab exerts the least amount of energy.

Common mistakes.

1. It's not used enough.

- jab for days.

2. Not getting full extension.

- stay out of range.

- don't over extend.

3. Over committing.

- don't lean in.

- create an angle.

4. Lazy retraction.

- keep the hands up.

- hard press

5. No telegraphing.

- No resetting before you punch, you should be able to throw a jab at any point.
