Our next Teen Development program commences February 12th and runs for 7 weeks (until start of Autumn school holidays)

Tuesday semi guided sessions 3.30-6.30pm

Wednesday fully guided sessions 4.30-5.30pm

for 12-16 year olds.

Why the Teen Development Program?

Our program consists of direct guidance and individualised programming in the gym for teens to not only build all the great things that come with good resistance training, but also develop confidence and knowledge within gym centres for their young adult lives.

Correctly prescribed resistance training builds strength, fitness, sport performance, reduced chance of injury and improves general health in teens. Whilst learning basic movement patterns and program fundamentals gives teens the tools to continue their training into young adult life.
