ABOUT US

Located in Castlemaine, Maine Fitness was founded by two local sports scientists with the mission to provide the community with a top class fitness service and facility. A few years on and Maine Fitness has diversified. Now having a sister gym 'Fit Republic' Bendigo, a premier Martial Arts Academy, expanded it’s equipment range and developed an ever welcoming culture for it’s 24/7 members. But most importantly they still produce second to none results with world class training package services.

Functional Fitness

We're fully equipped with 8 lifting platforms, strongman range, rings and functional area. 

Free Weights

We're fully equipped with 1-60kg dumbbells, adjustable benches, fixed barbells and cable systems

Machine Weights

We are fully furnished with numerous machine weights from the hammer strength range

Cardio

We cover all domains of cardio from ellipticals, treadmills and a C2 rower

MMA Facility

Mixed Martial Arts facility within the building
